  A 20% lodging deposit is needed 48 hrs after booking. The total amount arrives entirely either 45 or two months- just before arrival. There's no penalty for cancellations within 48 hrs of initial booking. Cancellations between 48 hrs of booking and only 45 or two months- of arrival forfeit the 20% deposit for cancellations within either 45 or two months- of arrival, all obligations is going to be forfeited.
